The Vauxhall 10-4 was a small two or four door family car, that debuted in 1938. It was built as a sedan, coupe, or convertible. The car would go on to become the first British car built with a monocoque body, which essentially acts as the vehicle's frame or structural integrity. The 10-4 was also given an inline four-cylinder engine making a modest 35hp. Production was halted during the war but resumed for a short time until the model was discontinued in 1947.
