The Ford GPA was a series of amphibious military vehicles built from 1942 until 1943. Also known as the 'Seep' (Sea Jeep), the GPA featured selectable four wheel drive and was powered by a 2.2L inline four engine. The GPA was envisioned as a smaller alternative to the six wheel GMC DUKW, but the model did not perform as well as desired leading to the model's discontinuation in 1943 with 12,778 examples built.
