The Talbot 15hp or 20-30hp was a pre-WWI car that featured a host of improvements from engineer George W.A. Brown. In 1913, the car was given more robust engine connecting rods, a larger water jacket for improved cooling, and better lubrication capabilities. The improvements made Talbot more competitive, and the 15hp (20/30hp) works hill-climber driven by Sir Malcolm Campbell was created.
