The 335is was a variant of the E90 BMW 3 Series. Introduced for the 2011 model year, the 335is was placed below the E90 M3 in the 3 Series lineup. BMW offered the 335is in Coupe (E92) and Convertible (E93) body styles. These sporty cars were powered by BMW's N54B30 engine, which was a twin turbo 3.0L inline six that generated 322hp and sent power to the rear wheels via a 7 speed automatic or 6 speed manual transmission. As well as a more powerful engine, the 335is received an uprated suspension, an improved cooling system, and sport seats among other changes. Production of the BMW 335is lasted until 2013, when BMW moved their 3 Series based coupes and convertibles into the BMW 4 Series.
