About the model

Ford vs Ferrari were the big races at Le Mans in the mid-60s. Jaguar vs Ferrari were the big races in the 50s. Jaguar D-Types won Le Mans in 1955, 1956, and 1957. Because of their highly successful racing career, rarity, and high price points, a number of replicas and recreations of the model have been made. This replica of the Jaguar D-Type, built by Realm Engineering in the UK, has earned high praise from top race drivers and a strong reputation for its RAM recreations over nearly 40 years. Notably, Sir Jack Brabham preferred it over the original, and Jaguar Quarterly lauded its handling. The replica features a steel frame with fiberglass bodywork and an aluminum interior.
