The Plymouth PU pickup was one of the earliest entrances of the low-priced Plymouth brand into the market after its initial launch in 1928. The PU embodies the low-cost efficiency that Plymouth was trying to foster. The truck had wooden spokes and a four-cylinder engine with a three-speed manual transmission.
