The Mitsubishi Type 73 was a series of SUVs that were originally designed for the Japanese Self-Defense Forces. Introduced in 1973, the Type 73, which is officially known as the 1/2 Ton Truck, has featured a selection of inline four engines, and has been built in two generations.
