The Mitsubishi 3000GT was a series of sports cars introduced for the 1990 model year. The 3000GT was known in the Japanese market as the GTO, where it originally debuted. For the 1991 model year, the 3000GT was introduced for North America. The 3000GT was offered in a sleek coupe body style featuring a liftback rear end. One of the most notable features was the model's available four wheel steering. The Mitsubishi 3000GT was produced in three subtle generations: 1st Gen (1990-1993), 2nd Gen (1994-1996), 3rd Gen (1997-1999). A badge engineered version of the 3000GT was also sold in the US as the Dodge Stealth.
