The Touring Sciadepersia, is a very limited run of Maserati GranTurismos converted by Touring into a unique grand tourer. These vehicles, which were mainly built in a convertible body style, although one coupe was also built. These cars, which feature a Maserati VIN and engine, as well as various other components, were created as a unique tribute to the Maserati 5000 GT Shah of Persia. The Sciadepersia featured a 4.7L V8 engine that sent its power to the rear wheels. In total, 15 examples were built, 14 convertibles, and one coupe.
