The Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray was a hybrid variant of the C8 Corvette that debuted for the 2024 model year. The E-Ray was the first hybrid Corvette ever built when it was first introduced, as well as being the first all wheel drive Corvette, as the E-Rays hybrid powertrain powers the front wheels using an electric motor. In addition to the 160hp electric motor, a 6.2L "LT2" V8 engine completes the 655hp powertrain.
