3 owner, 2007 Porsche Boxster
This beautiful Boxster was purchased brand new in late 2006 from Larchmont Porsche in NY. It stayed in the same hands for 114K miles and 12 years. I was then sold and we think that owner 2 + 3 are the same based on the CarFax info, low mileage between the two and the fact the current owner was told by the last owner he was the second owner.
The car moved from southern CT up to the northwest corner of CT where there are some AWESOME driving roads, the current owner, being a real sports car enthusiast, took to making some modifications to this 987 to make it truly a one of kind, unique car.
These include:
Boxster S front bumper cover, painted to match
Joe Toth 3 piece front splitter, Joe Toth rear splitter, with stainless inserts, side skirts, Cayman rear bumper cover and spoiler mount and a Strosek style Duck Tail spoiler (with still operates as the stock one, but looks quite a bit cooler and moves more air at speeds up over 60 MPH) all painted to match the original L84A Guards Red.
Front stainless grill inserts and rear intake inserts, painted black, were installed;
LED front and rear lights (sequential turn signals out back), custom wind deflector, Champion Motorsports staggered forged wheels finish up the outside mods.
On the interior, the stereo was upgraded to a Sony XAV-AX1000 with Bluetooth and Carplay, aluminum shift knob, Numeric short shifter and new, all metal Numeric shifter cables, lastly, black stainless slotted pedal covers and seat tucked extra storage. The sterao is hooked to the factory Bose front speakers and the Bose sub / speaker bar up behind the seats.
Under the "hood" an EVOMS performance intake was added, and Carnewal exhaust to balance things out - to make everything work in unison and bring HP/TQ levels up and probably past an S a Fabspeed Tune set was done.
Out back Hankook Ventus 275/30/ZR19's keep the rear of the Porsche planted and Sumitomo 235/35ZR19's keep the front headed in the right direction.
This is one Boxster you won't see at the Cars and Coffee.
The bright red paint does have a few chips in the usual places (very small in front of the rear wheels) and a couple on the nose, but that is protected by an applied XPEL paint protection.
The red still shines deep and bright, no fading. Despite her higher mileage (almost 154,000) this car hardly ever saw rain and was garage her entire life. When averaged out, that is only 9000 miles a year and the carfax and current owner's receipts show a VERY well cared for car.
Quite frankly, a car driven 9000 miles a year is definitely a better one to get than one that has only been driven 25,000 miles over the last 17 years, you'd need to replace seals, gaskets, hoses, etc. This car is 100% ready to go and could even be taken across the state and run out on Lime Rock confidently.
The car starts right up, burbley idle, with absolutely no smoke.
Out on the road, she gobbles up the turns and accelerates up through the gears with ease.
it's no wonder the current owner put over 32K miles on her in the last 5 years. His commute to work was a blast.
The interior does not show the mileage either. There is the obligatory minor rub on the driver bolster and the tan paint has chipped in a few spots on the plastic bits under the arm rests.
Some of the options-amenities include ice cold AC, power seats, power mirrors, tilt wheel, power windows, power top - of course power steering and brakes - drilled/slotted discs front and rear.
This is an awesome country road carver, semi track car, ready to eat up the tarmac.
You won't see another.
Questions, for many more photos and videos, to schedule to meet her in person or to make an offer, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Thanks for the interest.
