We are the second owners. (Original owner was wife's boss who maintained the car under warranty at BMW). We maintained the car at Roselli Foreign Auto in San Jose, CA off Lincoln Ave. Roberto the owner can attest to the care this car has received since 2004 and 35,000 miles when we bought the car.

Mechanically:
1. We replaced the original radiator with the BMW OEM radiator, as the original design had a defect.
2. The DTS (Dynamic Traction System) module needs to be replaced for that system to work, the system is fine, it is the control module that needs to be replaced.
3. Small door dings (2-3) but no dents. Car has been in zero accidents, however while parked in school parking lot, the front panel was sideswiped and we had that quarter panel replaced and painted with BMW silver.
4. A couple cosmetic interior items... both rear manual sun screens are operable and useable, but have small tears in the fabric. The rear shade moter and lifter arms work fine, but a small bracket needs to be replaced for the screen to go up and down.
5. the front bucket seats have been recently re-dyed, look like new. The rear bench seat has rarely been used, like new.
6. the engine and transmission has no known issues. Anytime anything has come up, the car was repaired (batteries, brakes, head and valve cover gaskets, etc.
7. all 4 wheels need to be powder coated or re-chromed, but they are the original wheels
8. everything on the car is original ( less the BMW replacement radiator, and battery).
9. the car is in good condition overall and very good condition mechanically. With minimal touchups on cosmetic items and fixing the small DTS module, this car can be considered very good to excellent condition. It has a lot of miles but if you know these cars, it has a lot of good miles left in her.
