I am selling my Classic rust free 1999 Chevrolet Blazer LT 4x4. 201k original miles. 100% original /no modifications. Loaded with options! Full leather interior, power drivers/passengers seats, heated seats, Cruise control, tilt wheel, ice cold Air conditioning, heated mirrors, top console sunglasses holder and outside temperature gauge, mirror compass. Original Delco Electronics AM-FM CD with optional cassette player. All original paint with exception of new roof paint. Blazer is also equipped with the optional towing package, locking differential and factory running boards. Optional larger P235/75/15 Aluminum wheels. Very well cared for and maintained.
Some of the items that have been repaired/replaced include: Intake gasket, roof paint(due to peeling), All new ball joints on front end, rotors, brake pads, shocks, and alignment. New Michelin Defender P235/75/15 tires. 4.3L engine runs smooth and quiet and gets 24 mpg driving conservatively on the highway. Engine has no mechanical issues and does not burn oil. Synthetic oil always used on this vehicle. This Blazer is reliable and still drives very nice and is very comfortable with the nice soft leather seats. The optional towing package is very convenient to tow a small trailer(5,000 lbs. maximum) if desired. A/C compressor replaced with new. A/C blows ice cold in those hot summer days. Fuel pump and fuel filter also replaced. Heater hoses replaced. Undercarriage is rust free and very clean.
Mechanical issues:
1. engine oil leak- oil pan gasket leaking. Needs replacing
2. Liftgate/glass struts weak. Need replacing
3. CD player not working
4. Front factory speakers crackle under high volume - need replacing
5. 4WD dash light comes on/off intermittently. Possible bad sensor.
This Classic 1999 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer is now 26 years old. It is not a perfect vehicle. I have owned this vehicle since approximately 2018. Like all older vehicles, potential buyers need to be aware that all older classic vehicles will need more maintenance in general than a new vehicle. I have been honest in the description of this vehicle. I cannot give any type of warranty on this vehicle due to its age. However, this vehicle will make someone a very nice Classic S-10 Blazer.
