This 1995 model year Silver Spur III is one of just 94 produced worldwide for the year. Construction began on December 2nd 1994 and was finished on January 27th of 1995. The car was sold new by Carter Motors Ltd. to Dr. Donald Rix of Vancouver B.C. on February 25th 1995. Dr. Rix would keep the Silver Spur until February of 2007 when the car was sold by Rolls Royce-Bentley Bellevue, WA to a local NW collector who remains the 2nd owner. The car has only 54,167 kilometers (34,00 miles) and has been lovingly kept in pristine condition. These cars represent the last era of the hand-built Rolls Royces, each car took almost 2 months to complete! The car retains its original Royal Ebony Metallic paintwork with a black Everflex roof, and hand painted magnolia pin stripes. The interior is a work of art as every surface is clad in beautiful Magnolia Connolly leather hides with black on the dash top. The carpets are black Wilton Wool with Magnolia binding and thick lambswool over mats. High-gloss polished, Burl Walnut wood adds a richness only a rolls can provide including drop down picnic trays for the rear passengers. The car also has its original am/fm cassette stereo, trunk mounted CD changer, and car phone in the center arm rest. This Silver Spur looks like it just came off the showroom floor, it has always been garage stored and never driven in bad weather. The interior smells new, the leather is soft and shows only the slightest bit of wear to the driver's outer bolsters. This is the finest example we have ever seen, it is truly collector grade, and everything is in good working order. Not much major mechanical has been needed other than routine servicing over the years. In 2021 the power steering rack was sent out for a rebuild and the oil was just changed along with a fresh detailing in March of 2025. Included with the car are 2 sets of keys, wheel cover lock key set, complete tool kit, owner's manuals with original leather pouch, spare mineral oil bottle, jack, spare wheel/tire, and a hard wired battery tender. This elegant cruiser is ready to be enjoyed for many decades ahead and will grace any collection, delighting all who are lucky enough to ride in the first class, leather lined cabin.
