About the model

The second generation of Lexus LS was introduced for the 1995 model year. Known as the XF20, the second generation of Lexus LS only featured one variant, the LS 400. Powered by a 4.0L V8 engine, the XF20 featured a largely similar design to the first generation, but 90% of the mechanical components were new and reengineered. Built until 2000, the XF20 was replaced by the third-generation Lexus LS XF30 for the 2001 model year.
