1988 Nissan 200SX XE Hatchback automatic, 4 Cylinder, version for North America :
I'm selling my Aunts 1988 Nissan 200SX XE, Silva (S12), she is the original owner. Upon death I became the 2nd owner of the vehicle, so it's been in the family for its entire life. For the past 5 years the car has been sitting in a garage covered, due to her health problem. Since I've taken ownership of the vehicle, I've replaced the timing belt and associated timing equipment, water pump, ignition wires, coolant, oil, oil filter and battery. All belts have been inspected along with coolant hoses, fuel lines, brakes, spark plugs, distributer cap, rotator and everything thing else under the hood. The car is driveable and could be a daily driver. However, the tires will need to be replaced if you plan on driving it more than around the block. For now the car is nonop to keep the miles low, with a clean title. It passed smog when I took ownership in 2023. The whole car has been detailed with claybar, compound, polished and waxed with an orbital polisher and really looks and feels great. As you can see in the pictures there is a small dent on the upper part of the right fender, other than some scratches, normal age fading, and the rear bumper primer showing, the car exterior is in ver good condition. The inside is in good condition, front passenger seat is stained but cleanable, some cracks in the side door panels and the dash is cracked and the vinyl peeled away in multiple areas. Gauges are good and working perfectly, the radio and heater controls also work perfectly. The air conditioner does not blow cold air. This car is really fun to drive and looks great. Price is negotiable. This car is 100% original, nothing has been updated, removed or replaced, other than the new engine parts mentioned above. Here's some factory information about the car.
