Selling our trusty 1984 Toyota pickup. It’s an automatic transmission with long bed camper (7ft). Lots of care has gone into keeping it regularly maintained and in addition to having the legendary 22R motor, we’ve done quite a few repairs over the years that put it in excellent condition to be a dependable vehicle for many more years to come.
Here is a list of most repairs, many of which have been done by our loyal mechanic who knows this truck inside and out.
2024
- New spark plugs
- New fuel filter
- Rear differential oil seal replaced
- New steering joint
- New Timing chain
- Cylinder head gasket
- New Oil pulley seal
- New carburetor
- New ignition coil module
2023

2022

- New water pump belt

2020
- Replaced short block
- Rebuilt transmission
2018/2017
- New water pump
- New radiator

Flaws: hole in upholstery on drivers side seat. Some knicks in paint. Will need better seal on camper windows, some water will leak in during heavy rains. In 2019 the passenger door was hit from the side and the insurance company undervalued the vehicle claiming it totaled, hence the salvage title. No damage affected the motor or other functioning parts in any way. The original door was preserved and repaired and looks flawless and the entire truck was also repainted at that time.
