My Dad brought this '65 Mustang convertible up from Florida to PA, in 1993, and we spent the next few years putting her back to as close to original specs as possible. It was stripped down and re-painted with factory Ford paint, as part of that restoration. The motor and tranny are original to the car and both work great. The factory pony interior is stunning. We did add rear seat belts and upgraded to rally sport hubcaps (original wire hubcaps will also be included). Based on a discussion with the previous owner, we also believe the convertible top was originally white. (The replacement tan top is still in great shape.) Otherwise, you're looking at a car that's pretty darn close to the way it showed up on the dealership lot in 1965. She's been babied ever since Dad brought her home. Always kept in a heated garage, and only run outside in warm, dry weather. I'm willing to have her shipped, at the new owner's expense. Please feel free to contact me with questions. Thanks for looking!
