THIS CAR WAS BUILT ON AN ORIGINAL CLEAN RUST FREE 54,000 MILE KENTUCK CAR THAT HAD BEEN STORED IN A CLIMATE CONROL BUILDING FROM 1980 TO 2013. THE CAR WAS AS CLOSE TO RUST FREE AS ONE COULD BE. CAR WAS ORIGINALLY UNDERCOATED FROM THE DEALER WITH MOST STILL IN-TACT. FRAME RAILS WERE SOLID WITH ONLY SURFACE RUST. ALL BODY PANELS ARE ORIGINAL WITH NO SIGN OF PREVIOUS DAMAGE/PAINT WORK. THE PAINT IS ORIGINAL FROM FRONT OF DOORS TO REAR. FRONT FENDERS AND HOOD HAD TO BE REPAINTED DUE TO BATTERY ACID SPOTS. IT ORIGIANLLY CAME WITH 289, CRUISE-O-MATIC WITH P/S AND P/B. ALL TRIM AND WINDOWS ARE ORIGINAL WITH ONLY BUMPERS BEING RECHROMED. ALL STAINLESS TRIM AND ALUMINIUM HAS BEEN POLISHED. THE CAR WAS MODERNIZED FOR CURRENT DRIVING CONDITIONS, "NOT A HOTROD". HAVE ALL RECEIPTS. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN 2016 AND DRIVEN 3,000 MILES MAINLY TO LOCAL CRUISES. HAS BEEN GARAGE KEPT SINCE COMPLETION. WORK DONE BY CURRENT OWNER.

UPGRADES INCLUDE REPLACING ALL INTERNAL PARTS WITH STANDARD FORD PARTS - PISTONS, RINGS, OIL PUMP, ROLLER CAM/LIFTERS, AND GASKETS. CRANK WAS POLISHED WITH STANDARD ROD AND MAIN BEARINGS. BORE IS STANDARD. ENGINE WAS BUILT BY LONG TIME FORD EXPERT. HAS 289 HI-PO EXHAUST MANIFOLDS WITH 2 1/2" - 3 CHAMBER FLOW MASTERS. HAS BEEN UPGRADED WITH SERPENTINE PULLEY SYSTEM.

4. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM - UPGRADED WITH BLADE FUSE PANAL AND RELAYS. UNDERHOOD WIRING HAS BEEN CONCEAILED. HAS 130 AMP ALTERNATOR AND HIGH-TORQUE MINI STARTER. BATTERY HAS BEEN MOVE TO TRUNK WITH CUT-OFF SWITCH. ALSO HAS HALOGEN HEADLIGHTS AND 2 SPEED WIPERS.
