The Power Wagon was based on Dodge’s military WC truck, and it was the first medium-duty civilian 4×4 pickup produced for sale to the general public. The cab, hood, doors, fenders, running boards, and bed components were removed and refinished in green and black under current ownership. The truck is equipped with a wood-plank bed floor, a pop-out split windshield, a driver-side mirror, a front winch, running boards, and a fire extinguisher mounted on the left bed side. Refurbishment work completed in 2023 reportedly included replacement of the following:
* Windshield assembly
* Front, rear, and door glass
* Tailgate and tailgate chains
* Exterior door handles
* Bed floor
* Weatherstripping and rubber seals
* Cowl lights
* Headlights & Taillights
* Driver-side mirror
* Power Wagon emblems
* Exterior trim
The cab features a bench seat upholstered in tan vinyl, and equipment includes a column-mounted turn-signal switch, a glovebox, black door panels with driver- and passenger-side arm rests, and a floor lined with a black spray-in bedliner. A replacement headliner and firewall pad were installed under current ownership. The truck retains a six-volt electrical system and does not have a heater.
Black 16″ five-lug steel wheels are mounted with 9.00-16 STA Super Lug bias-ply military-style tires, and a spare is affixed to the right bedside. The front axles are fitted with Superwinch manually locking hubs, and the shocks were replaced as part of the refurbishment. The truck is further equipped with power steering, and braking is from power-assisted drums at all four corners.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames an 80-mph speedometer flanked by gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, amperage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 9 miles, which is said to be the distance traveled since the completion of the refurbishment. True mileage is unknown.
The 230ci flathead inline-six was removed and repainted as part of the aforementioned refurbishment. Fluid changes were reportedly completed in anticipation of the sale.
The attached VIN plate is stamped with serial number T1372990, which is the same number listed as the VIN on the current Texas title.
