The Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 is a variant of the 40 Series, primarily produced until 1984. Certain markets where Toyota had a local factory continued production until later years. With the longest wheelbase in the 40 Series, the FJ45 platform allowed Toyota to introduce highly utilitarian variants such as the FJ45 pick-up and 'Troopy', along with Toyota's first 4-door version, the exceedingly rare FJ45LV.
