Templar was an American automotive manufacturer that was founded in 1917. The company was focused on creating high quality small automobiles, and over their lifespan, Templar built a wide range of open and closed top vehicles. These majority of these cars were powered by a 3.2L inline four engine, but a few later models were offered with a 4.3L inline six. Due to WW1, as well as strong competition in the small car sector, Templar only operated until 1924, when the company was dissolved.
