The Swallow Doretti was a series of sports cars that were introduced in 1954. Although the Swallow name had been tied to Jaguar's early history, this iteration of Swallow was built by Swallow Coachbuilding Company, which had originally been established as an offshot of the company that would eventually become Jaguar. The Doretti was based on the Triumph TR2, and was only offered in a convertible body style. These cars were powered by a 90hp 1.9L inline four engine that drove the rear wheels via a 4 speed manual transmission. Just 276 examples of the Swallow Doretti were built before production ended in 1955.
