The Subaru Outback was a series of offroad capable cars introduced for the 1995 model year. The Outback was offered as an estate version of the Impreza (Outback Sport) and the Legacy (Outback). While the Outback Sport was only available from 1995 until 2011 and built in three generations, the Outback remains in production and has been built in six generations. Outback models usually featured additional exterior and interior trim, as well as additional upgrades and changes to the suspension and all wheel drive system.
