Stewart & Stevenson is an American manufacturing company that was established in 1902. The company began operations as a repair shop, but then grew to create bodies for GMC trucks, and eventually, manufacture vehicles of their own. Over the years, Stewart & Stevenson have built a wide range of vehicles, from commercial vehicles such as buses and trucks, to specialized vehicles created to traverse difficult terrain. Although the company was acquired in 2017, it continues to operate under its original name.
