The sixth and final evolution of the Excalibur debuted for the 1994 model year. The Series VI was a short lived revival attempt after the company had folded again, with only an estimated 24 Phaetons built, all powered by a 5.7L V8 engine and four speed automatic transmission. Since production of the Series VI ended in 1996, there have been no further attempts to revive the Excalibur.
