The RUF RTurbo is a high-performance sports car based on the Porsche 911 996 generation. Introduced in 2001, it was offered as a coupe or cabriolet, and with two body-style options: widebody Turbo or narrow body Carrera shell. Drivetrain choices included all-wheel or rear-wheel drive, powered by a tuned 3.6-litre, featuring advanced modifications like KKK turbochargers, a remapped engine computer, and Porsche GT3 engine mounts, which allowed a top speed up to 351 km/h and a 0-60 mph acceleration as quick as 3.7 seconds. Exterior highlights include 18-inch Ruf or 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels, redesigned bumpers, and quad exhaust tips, while the interior featured racing seats, revised gauges, and optional features like an integrated roll cage and customized leather.
