The Rover 400 was a series of cars that were the successors to the Rover 200. They were built from 1990 to 2005, and were created from Rover's partnership with Honda. The Rover 400 featured cars that were based on the Honda Concerto, Domani, and Honda Civic. Starting in 1995, the Rover 400 became the 45, a compact two or four-door, front-wheel-drive car that was offered with various gas and diesel engines. In 2005 Rover declared bankruptcy, thus ending production of the 400.
