Introduced for the 2004 model year, the Porsche Cayenne 3.2 was the base model offering for the 955 Cayenne. The 955 Cayenne 3.2 was powered by a 3.2L V6 engine that had an output of 247hp and 229 lb ft of torque. Drive from the engine was sent to all four wheels via a 6 speed manual or 6 speed automatic transmission. Production of the 955 Cayenne 3.2 ended in 2006, and the variant was replaced by the 957 Porsche Cayenne 3.6.
