Officine Stampaggi Industriali, more commonly known as OSI, was an Italian coachbuilder founded in 1960. Established by Luigi Serge and Arrigo Olivetti, OSI was created to build low production custom cars built around existing models from companies such as Ford, Alfa Romeo, and Fiat. While the company produced a variety of cars during the course of its existence, probably the most well-known was the 20M TS, which was based on a Ford Taunus. Although OSI had a brief period of success, after Serge's death in 1963, operations were wound down until operations finally ceased in 1967.
