The Morris Eight was a series of compact family cars introduced in 1935. The Eight was offered in two or four door body styles which included saloon, tourer, cabriolet, and van. This series of cars were powered by a 1.0L inline four engine sending power to the rear wheels through a 3 speed manual transmission. The Eight was a very successful model, helping Morris re-establish itself as one of England's leading automakers. Production of the Morris Eight lasted until 1948, when it was replaced by the Morris Minor MM.
