The fourth and final generation of Mercury Marquis was introduced for the 1986 model year. The fourth generation Marquis was offered as a mid-size sedan or station wagon, and was fitted with a range of inline four, inline six, V6, and V8 engine options. Production of the Mercury Marquis ended in 1986.
