The Mercedes-Benz S 600 was a variant of the W222 S-Class Sedan that was introduced for the 2015 model year. The S600 was offered in base, or Maybach trim levels, with the Maybach representing a very high level of luxury over the already luxurious standard S600. These cars were powered by Mercedes' M277 E 60 AL engine, which was a 6.0L twin-turbo V12 that had an output of 523hp and 612 lb ft of torque. Drive from the engine was sent to the rear wheels via a 7 speed automatic transmission. Production of the W222 Mercedes-Benz S600 ended in 2020.
