The Mercedes-Benz R 320 CDI was a variant of the R-Class that was introduced for the 2007 model year. The R320 CDI was powered by Mercedes' OM 642 DE 30 LA wich was a 3.0L V6 engine that produced 221hp and 376 lb⋅ft of torque. This power was sent to the rear wheels through a 7 speed automatic transmission. Over the course of production, the R 320 CDI was also available in an all wheel drive version known as the R320 CDI 4MATIC. The Mercedes-Benz R320 CDI was built until 2009 when the model was discontinued.
