The Mercedes-Benz CLS 400 was a variant of the C218 CLS-Class that debuted for the 2014 model year. The CLS400 was equipped with Mercedes' M276 E35 AL engine. This 3.5L V6 Bi-turbo engine produced 329hp and 354 lb⋅ft of torque. Drive from this engine was sent to the rear-wheels through a 9-speed automatic transmission. This variant was also offered equipped with 4MATIC all wheel drive sysytem. Production of the C218 Mercedes-Benz CLS400 ended in 2017.
