The Mercedes-Benz C240 was a variant of the W203 C-Class that debuted for the 2001 model year. The C 240 was available in sedan and station wagon body styles, as well as in rear wheel drive or four wheel drive (4Matic). This series of cars were powered by Mercedes' M112 E26 engine, which is a 2.6L V6 that generated 170hp, which was sent to the wheels via manual and automatic transmission options. Production of the Mercedes-Benz C240 ended in 2005, when the model series was discontinued.
