The Mercedes-Benz C230 was a variant of the W203 C-Class that was introduced for the 2006 model year. The C 230 was offered in sedan and station wagon body styles, although the station wagon was never sold in North America. This series of cars was powered by Mercedes' M272 E25 engine, which was a 2.5L V6 that generated 201hp that was sent to the rear wheels via manual and automatic transmission options. Production of the W203 Mercedes-Benz C230 ended in 2007, although the model series continued life in the next generation W204 C-Class as the W204 Mercedes-Benz C230.
