The McLaren 675LT is a lightened, track-focused evolution of the McLaren 650S that was introduced for the 2016 model year. The 675LT makes use of a lightweight, single-piece carbon fiber monocell, with carbon fiber used extensively in order to further minimize weight and increase rigidity. These high performance supercars were offered in both coupe and spider body styles, and were powered by a variation of McLaren's M838T engine. This twin-turbocharged 3.8L V8 has an output of 666hp which is sent to the rear wheels through a 7 speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The McLaren 675LT was only available for the 2016 model year, with just 500 examples of the coupe and 500 examples of the spider built.
