MAT, or Manifattura Automobili Torino, is an Italian car manufacturer established by Paolo Garella. Garella was a Pininfarina project manager who left the company in order to pursue the New Stratos project. Together with designer Chris Hrabalek and financier Michael Stoschek, the New Stratos project finally began production in 2019 with a special run of 25 New Stratos cars.
