Jensen S-Type (1936 to 1941)

The Jensen S-Type was a family of cars that were introduced in 1936. The S-Type, which was Jensen's first volume production vehicle, was offered in convertible, coupe, and sedan body styles. These cars were available with two Ford-sourced V8 engines, a 2.2L unit, and a 3.6L unit, with drive being sent to the rear wheels through a manual transmission. Production of the Jensen S-Type was estimated at 50 examples, with production ending in 1941.
