The Minx model was introduced by Hillman in 1931. It evolved over several generations offering multiple versions, body styles, engines and mechanical configurations. The Minx generations were: Prewar (1931-1938), Postwar (1945-1957), Audax (1956-1965), Super Minx (1961-1967) and New Minx (1967-1970). This model was renowned for its adaptability and longetivity, being a key car in the history of British transport. The Hillman Minx was produced until 1970.
