Franklin Airman (1928 to 1934)

The Airman was introduced by Franklin in 1928 as one of its most advanced models, focused on efficiency, aerodynamic performance, and technological innovation. With a design inspired by aviation, the Airman was available as touring convertible, sedan, coupe, roadster and limousine. This rear wheel drive model had a 3-speed manual transmission and a flat six engine, ranging from 3.8L up to 4.5L depending on its version. The Franklin Airman was produced until 1934.
