The ROUSH 427R was offered only in 2010 and was the most produced ROUSH package (609 vehicles) that year. It’s similar to the supercharged Stage 3 package and the most notable difference is an additional 5 hp generated from the ROUSHcharged 4.6L V8 for a total of 435 hp. In addition to the supercharger, the 427R package featured ROUSH suspension, a distinct Aerobody kit, 427R striping and badging, 18” cast chrome wheels, performance pedals, and embroidered floor mats. Like other packages, buyers could choose a handful of options including wheel and brake upgrades, white face gauges, carbon fiber dash trim, and ROUSH sport leather seating and other options.
