The Ford F-650 was a variant of the 4th Gen F-Series Super Duty that was introduced for the 2008 model year. The F-650 Super Duty was a heavy-duty truck that was only built in a cab-chassis body style, in standard, extended, and crew cab configurations. Depending on the customers needs, these cab-chassis could be fitted with a range of attachments. A 6.8L V10 engine was the standard gasoline engine until 2021, when it was replaced by the 7.3L 'Godzilla' V8. The 6.7L 'Powerstroke' V8 was the sole diesel option. These engines were paired to a 6 speed automatic transmission with power sent to the dual rear wheels. Production of the 4th Gen F-650 ended in 2022, when the 5th Gen Ford F-Series Super Duty debuted.
