Chrysler Imperial - 3rd Gen (1934 to 1936)

The third generation of Chrysler Imperial was introduced in 1934. This generation of Imperial featured a radical redesign, and the implementation of Chrysler's new "Airflow" design language. These new cars were not only advanced in terms of design, also in layout, with the engine and passenger cabin moved forward, giving better ride and handling. The third generation was offered with a choice of a  5.3L or 6.3L inline eight engine, and was only offered as a four door sedan. Production of the third generation Imperial lasted until 1936, when Chrysler introduced the Fourth Generation Imperial.
