The Chrysler 300E was introduced for the 1959 model year, and was produced in two body styles: two door hardtop or convertible. The convertible, like the 300E Hardtop, was fitted with a 6.8L (413ci) V8 engine producing 380hp. The 300E convertible was only available for the 1959 model year, and saw only 140 examples built.
