The Buick Regal Turbo-T was a performance-focused variant of the 2nd Gen Regal that debuted for the 1987 model year. As Buick has dropped the T-Type after 1986, the Turbo-T became the main performance variant offered below the Grand National and GNX. After the T-Type was dropped, Buick offered the "T" performance package, which when optioned with a turbocharged engine, became the Turbo-T. Due to the somewhat confusing naming approach of the Turbo-T, many of these cars are listed as T-Types, but no T-Type was built in 1987.
