The BMW 125i was a variant of the E8x 1 Series that debuted for the 2008 model year. The 125i was available in Coupe (E82) and Convertible (E88) body styles, and was powered by BMW's N54B30 engine. This 3.0L inline six engine had an output of 215hp and was paired to a 6 speed manual or 6 speed automatic transmission, sending drive to the rear wheels. Production of the E8x BMW 125i ended in 2011, but the model series continued as the next generation F20 BMW 125i.
