Bitter CD (1973 to 1979)

The Bitter CD was introduced in 1973. It was offered in a coupe body style and was powered by a 5.4L V8. This rear wheel drive car was inspired in the Opel CD prototype. Its Italian design is distinguished by its fluid lines and low profile with a long front and pop-up headlights. It was offered with a 4-speed manual or 3-speed automatic transmission. It was produced up to 1979 and replaced by the Bitter SC.
