ATK manufactures All Terrain Vehicles, competition Motocross, off-road, and Sportbike motorcycles. Founded in 1985, they accomplished production innovations and patents like the “Anti Tension Kettenantreib” developed to normalize chain torque to improve handling. In 1992 they were innovative in featuring EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) in their production vehicles. In 2003 the bicycle company Cannondale, Powersports division, was purchased by ATK. In 2015 ATK supplied significant components for a Korean motorcycle company S&T Motors of Korea, producing affordable street bikes.
